Pros: Salesmen Eric is the best salesman I have ever had, by far. Top notch, worth buying a Ford from him any day of the week. Do not hesitate asking for his service.
Cons: Parts Dept are pathetic, no one calls you back, no one has answers, still stuck in 1985. The service dept. (Maintenence and such) are absoulutely terrible. My gf had bad exp, and her mom and her dad as well. They wont go back either. I will drive to New Brunswick for my next service if I have to. Ford in general really seems to have major problems in these departments.
I love my car, but despise the poor customer service, lack of communication, and below standard work. Escalating to the Customer Service Manager as recommended on the wall has also proved frustrating enough to want to cut ties with FORD.
