I gave a deposit, and I did not have any problems. I have spoken to many ppl who have used AVA and not a single one has had a problem. Throughout the summer my husband and I heard several good things about this company as well as seeing their work being done throughout subdivisions in our area, so we hired them. They were very friendly people and did a very nice job on both our fence and deck. The job did take a little bit longer than expected to start and complete howvever none the less it was overall a very good experience with this company and would recomend them to anybody thinking of having this kind of work done around their house in the future.
