The most professional care I have ever had. I feel completely safe with the best doctor in Brantford. My diabetes is under control and well taken care of. I love Barb the secretary as she is always willing to help you in any way she can. I do not understand the negative reviews.

One of the most understanding and highly qualified doctors in Brantford.i read a post that had stated an emergency patient calling and got a rude reply from the staff. I have never dealt with or seen nor heard of a rude staff member. I may be wrong but in an emergency, one should always call the hospital or go to emergency. I hope that person is alright. Since the conversation is unknown least we not judge. My diabetes is slowly getting WELL controlled with Dr. Sarker. Good luck to all patients.

I have not seen Dr. Sarkar as of yet . But the secretary was very pleasant with me when she called to schedule my appointment .

RUDE RUDE RUDE......

RUDE RUDE RUDE...the secretary was incredibly rude telling me over and over again she understood how frustrated my mother was with her return phone call but proceeded to raise her voice with me and tell me how annoyed she was with my mother. Doctor is too busy to take urgent patients and the secretary was absolutely appalling with how she spoke to a sick patient. Will be seeking other care and waiting on doctor to call to discuss her tone of voice. Wishing that these health professionals could live in a patients' shoes for a day, maybe they would act with a little more respect and care.
